You, in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders, must proactively monitor and manage contracts to ensure they are performed and delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions, and that the Ministry of Defence (MOD) gains maximum benefit and value from the contractor. Where performance falls short of the levels required in the Contract , or conversely, is delivered in such a way that additional benefit to the MOD is gained, you must act promptly and use the relevant remedy or reward provisions in the Contract .
