CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT . INTRODUCTION. The Board of Directors ( the Board ) remains fully committed to achieve and maintain high standards of CORPORATE GOVERNANCE within the Latitude Tree Holdings Berhad ( LTHB ) Group. The Board is guided by the principles and recommendations as promulgated by the Malaysian Code on CORPORATE GOVERNANCE 2012 (the MCCG 2012 ) and the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ( Listing Requirements ) wherever applicable in the best interest of the shareholders of the Company. This STATEMENT sets out the key aspects of how the Company has applied the principles and recommendations of the MCCG 2012 during the financial year which includes commitment to excellence in GOVERNANCE standards. Save for limited exceptions as explained within this STATEMENT , the Board considers that throughout the financial year of 30 June 2015, the Company complied with the principles and recommendations of the MCCG 2012.
