Xavier, Resident Priest From the Pastor My Dear Parishioners, This weekend is RCIA Announcement Weekend in our parish . The letters R C I A stand for the Rite of Christian Initia-tion of Adults. RCIA is a process of questioning and listening and an op-portunity for those who have not received all the sacra-ments of initiation to reconnect with the power of the teachings, traditions and the support of the Catholic community. RCIA is also for those who want to explore more fully questions you may have about your own Faith. Here at corpus Christi our RCIA Program is about learning from Scripture and group discussion. We ex-plore God's message of love, truth and peace and how Christ is working in our lives today. On another level, RCIA is really a Journey of Faith for our whole parish community.
