CV Application Form - Jobs

CV Application form Summary NHS Jobs has introduced a new CV Application ' form , and some additional features that can be used in conjunction with the new form , or with the existing Application forms. The additional features include: the ability to make a CV attachment mandatory for a specific vacancy;. the ability to require an additional document to be uploaded;. the ability to include an additional question that contains a longer free text answer option ( up to 400 words). The CV Application ' form is available in the training environment if you would like to explore the feature further in a safe environment before using it on a live vacancy. Choosing the CV Application form On the Add a New Vacancy' page when selecting which Application form should be used, there will be an option for CV Application . Allow CV attachment' will be selected automatically when this Application form is chosen (see below). This provides applicants with the option to upload their CV, if they wish. If you would like to make the CV attachment mandatory, select the relevant tick-box indicated in the screenshot displayed below.

If any non-safeguarding Application form additional questions are included for the vacancy, these will be added to the ‘supporting information’ tab of the application form (safeguarding additional questions will be added to the ‘safeguarding’ tab of the application form).
