Defense Logistics Agency INSTRUCTION DLAI Effective September 8, 2014 J34(TQ) SUBJECT: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Packaging Program References: Refer to Enclosure 1. 1. PURPOSE. In accordance with the authority in DODM , Volume 9 (Reference (a)), this Issuance reissues DLAI 1506 (Reference (b)) to update policy, responsibility, and procedures necessary to the effective, efficient and economical conduct of packaging materiel for the Agency s business in accordance with AR 700-15/NAVSUPINST 24-206/MCO (Reference (c)). 2. APPLICABILITY. This INSTRUCTION applies to all DLA activities.
