Reissues DoDD (Reference (b)) as a DoD INSTRUCTION (DoDI) and incorporates and cancels DoDI (Reference (c)) to establish policy and assign responsibilities to protect the Department of Defense information network (DoDINDODIN) against unauthorized activity, vulnerabilities, or threats. b.
