This STANDARD is approved for use by the Naval Sea Systems Command, DEPARTMENT of the Navy, and is available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the DEPARTMENT of DEFENSE . 2. The Safety Certification Program (SCP) for drydocking facilities and shipbuilding ways, including transfer facilities, has been established to ensure the safety of Navy ships listed in the Naval Vessel Register that are to be drydocked or built on these facilities.
MIL-STD-1625D(SH) ii FOREWORD 1. This standard is approved for use by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Department of the Navy, and is available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
