Purpose. To transmit revised pages 5-4 and 5-5 and new page 5-5a, Berthing ; and page 5-7 and new page 5-7a, Crew's Heads and washrooms , which increases personal privacy requirements in shared spaces out of courtesy to others. 2. Action. Remove page xii and pages 5-4, 5-5, and 5-7 of enclosure (1) of OPNAVINST and replace with enclosures (1) through (3) of this change transmittal respectively. 3. Records Management. Records created as a result of this change transmittal, regardless of media or format, must be managed per Secretary of the Navy Manual of January 2012.
