Raising the quality and inclusiveness of EDUCATION and training systems and the provision of DIGITAL skills for all during the DIGITAL and green transitions is of strategic impor-tance for the digitalisation over the past decade has trans-formed many aspects of work and daily life.

Action Plan presents a vision for improving digital liter-acy, skills and capacity at all levels of education and training and for all levels of digital skills (from basic to advanced). The Action Plan will support the objective of the Skills Agenda of ensuring that 70% of 16 to 74 year olds should have at least basic digital skills by 2025.
