A consumer shipment includes any shipment destined to a residence. FedEx only accepts shipments of wine from licensed shippers that have executed a FedEx Alcohol Shipping Agreement. The terms of Shipping are governed by the FedEx Service Guide , FedEx Alcohol Shipping Agreement, and any applicable rate agreement. The shipper is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in both the origin and destination states , including any State requirement that the shipper hold a Direct-to-Consumer permit or license prior to Shipping into the State .
