The evaluation is based on the Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation (FOT&E) conducted by the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) from May 2 14, 2015, during the Army s Network Integration Event (NIE) , at Fort Bliss, Texas.
2 DCGS-A Increment 1 provides Space Operations Officers at Division Headquarters a space perspective in mission analysis in order to develop space input to intelligence preparation
