DLA Troop Support Deployable Field Feeding Equipment National Stock Numbers The following is a list of kitchen systems (equipment) used by the military, for field feeding (number in use is Army only). Spare part items in bold print are managed by DSCP. 1) Mobile Kitchen Trailer - (MKT) 7360-01-313-2238. It is a complete kitchen unit mounted on a trailer chassis that can be towed by a standard 2 1/2-ton or 5- ton truck. Currently, 5 models of the MKT are in use. Two or three are used together to feed a battalion. ** Note: The MKT is soon to be replaced by the Containerized Kitchen (CK).
