2 3 DOCUMENT MEMORANDUM OF "MY HOME ABHRA APARTMENT OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION" 1. PRELIMINARY The name of the Association shall be "My Home ABHRA Apartment Owners Welfare Association" which for the sake of brevity shall hereinafter be referred to as "The Association and the same is registered with the Registrar of Societies under the provision of Societies Registration Act 2001 (Act 35/2001). The registered office of the Association shall be at Administrative Office of My Home ABHRA in , Raidurg, Hyderabad 500 034, Ranga Reddy Dist. 2. INTERPRETATIONS Unless otherwise specifically provided in these bye-laws, the following words and terms shall have the meaning assigned to them herein.
