The Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme may overlap with and complement other disclosure processes, such as Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) and the Child Sex Offender Disclosure Scheme (Sarah’s Law). Consideration should be given to which process is the most appropriate in each case.
