This brief guidance is intended to give an outline of the process of constructing a WATER safety plan and a basic structure for what it should contain. What is a WATER safety plan ? A WATER safety plan (WSP) is the most effective way of ensuring that a WATER supply is safe for human consumption and that it meets the health based standards and other regulatory requirements.
