DRUGS USED IN MRIGPURIDEPTT OF CHEST & TBPOLICY OF DRUG USE IN ICU Patients admitted to the ICU must have a complete drug history documented:a) Premorbidand current ) Previous adverse drug reactions and ) Note potential drug interactions. All DRUGS , infusions and fluids are reviewed and transcribed at least daily. DRUGS should be prescribed according to Unit protocols and guidelines.
