They are people who can identify opportunities and have the skills to turn an opportunity into a successful venture. What does it take to be an entrepreneur? It takes certain skills and personal characteristics to be a successful entrepreneur. Not everyone is cut out be an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur has to be able to live with uncertainty and be comfortable taking risks.
