EL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE SONORA, EN NOMBRE DEL PUEBLO, DECRETA EL SIGUIENTE C DIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS CIVILES TITULO PRELIMINAR DISPOSICIONES GENERALES ARTICULO Las disposiciones de este c digo regir n en el ESTADO de Sonora, en asuntos civiles. ART CULO Ninguna persona podr hacerse justicia por si misma, ni ejercer violencia para reclamar su derecho. Los tribunales estar n expeditos para administrar justicia, en los plazos y t rminos que fija la ley y su servicio ser gratuito. La tramitaci n de los asuntos judiciales no podr alterarse o entorpecerse por disposiciones fiscales. Todas las sanciones pecuniarias contempladas en este c digo, ser n aplicadas a incrementar el fondo para la administraci n de justicia.
EL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y SOBERANO DE SONORA, EN NOMBRE DEL PUEBLO, DECRETA EL SIGUIENTE CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS CIVILES TITULO PRELIMINAR DISPOSICIONES GENERALES ARTICULO 1.- Las disposiciones de este código regirán en el Estado de Sonora, en asuntos civiles.
