Ccxciv ANNEX - IV ELECTRICITY TARIFF - 2017 ORDER DATED: 30th March 2016 Effective for the ELECTRICITY consumed from the first meter reading date falling on or after Bangalore ELECTRICITY Supply Company Ltd., ccxcv ELECTRICITY TARIFF - 2017 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TARIFF : (APPLICABLE TO BOTH HT AND LT) 1. Supply of power is subject t o execut ion of agreement by the Consumer in t he prescribed form, payment of prescribed deposit s and compliance of t erms and condit ions as st ipulat ed in the Condit ions of Supply of Elect ricit y of t he Dist ribut ion Licensees in the St at e of Karnat aka and Regulat ions issued under Elect ricit y Act 2003 at t he t ime of supply and cont inuat ion of power supply is subject t o compliance of t he said Condit ions of Supply / Regulat ions as amended from t ime t o t ime.
ccxcix 23. For the types of installations not covered under any Tariff schedules, the Licensee is permitted to classify such installations under appropriate Tariff
