REMINDER NOTICE TO ALLNYS TRANSCRIPTION services VENDORS:As was detailed in the original documents & agreement formsyou received and agreed to when you/your company wasinitially added to the New York State TRANSCRIPTION ServicesVendors List, the contents of any audio RECORDING (s) receivedby yourself or your company for the purpose of providing atranscript of any court proceeding will be held in the strictestconfidence and not disclosed to anyone other than the Courtand to the agents & employees of your company who requireaccess to the audio to perform their responsibilities. At no timeshould a RECORDING be provided to the requesting client orattorney in the proceeding.
