Emergency Action plan Note: these are general instructions & practices followed during Emergencies. A more detailed preparedness and Action plan is available, strictly for internal circulation. Stage Actions/ activities Planning - Pre-monsoon Preparedness - Local Challenges political agitations, strikes, Local curfew, EB failure/ Blackouts etc. - Natural calamities- flood, Cyclone, Earthquake etc. - Critical Site identification sites that get affected in early monsoon - Site EB Rectification - Site access path clearance - Shelter leakages checking and repairs - Tower & mount tightening & other allied activity as required - LA checking and connectivity with earth pits - DG Automation & Maintenance to be checked and rectified where necessary - Earth resistance measurement for all earth pits & correction - Checking & Correction of all LT- Electrical Connections & Insulating them to avoid any mishap.
