Pre-incident planning is an important preparedness process that will help facilitate your safety as well as that of your co-workers, department, and the larger Cal State San Marcos community. The EMERGENCY ACTION plan (EAP) is designed to provide guidance for life safety during an EMERGENCY or incident. It provides a method for departments to plan for potential emergencies; large and small.
