It is not an employment contract or a legal document. The information in this Handbook should be helpful in familiarizing employees with the Company . While Sunrise Company certainly hopes that every Employee will find the employment relationship satisfying, at the same time, it recognizes that relationships are not always mutually satisfactory.

Handbook are not applicable to the extent they are inconsistent with your written employment agreement. However, if the written agreement does not address conditions or terms set forth in the Handbook, the Handbook shall apply.
