In order to recognize outstanding effort and service to the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony community, the RSIC Human Resources Depart-ment is implementing an Employee of the Month program. RSIC managers and directors are encouraged to nominate employees whom they believe are making a positive impact in our community. The inaugural award has been given to Howard Miller, the adult parole officer who works for the Tribal Court Services. During 2017, as the adult proba-tion officer, Miller, supervised adult as well as juvenile probationers.
