The league table is published on the website at the end of each round, but only shows the total of each team s KPIs. THE CHALLENGE The ENGINUITY 2017 Competition provides management and leadership training that is relevant and appropriate for construction professionals worldwide. Participants are given the opportunity to experience the challenges that face their corporate management, and pits them against their colleagues and peers in a unique business management challenge. Using a sophisticated computer simulation, competing teams are given the task of managing a fledgling UK-based global construction business from 2017 onwards.
