Participants are given the opportunity to experience the challenges that face their corporate management, and pits them against their colleagues and peers in a unique business management challenge. Using a sophisticated computer simulation, competing teams are given the task of managing a fledgling UK-based global construction business from 2018 onwards. OVERVIEW 2 STRATEGY AND DECISION MAKING To grow the business the new management team will need to devise an effective business strategy, and implement it by making decisions in a number of key areas, including finance, marketing, overheads, procurement and job progression.
