EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT This EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT (this AGREEMENT ) is entered into effective as of the ___ day of _____, 20___ (the Effective Date ) by and between the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, a public body corporate and governing body of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (the University ) and _____, a _____ (the Lessee ). The University and Lessee may each be individually referred to herein as a Party and collectively as the Parties. WHEREAS, the University is the owner of certain EQUIPMENT described in Section 1 of this AGREEMENT ; and WHEREAS, Lessee desires to LEASE the EQUIPMENT from the University and the University agrees to LEASE the EQUIPMENT to Lessee under the terms and conditions set forth in this AGREEMENT .
