Wind SPEED data are normally recorded by an anemometer at the 30-foot level. To estimate the relationship between wind SPEED and HEIGHT , wind SPEED data were acquired at various heights in the range of 10 to 30 feet and a nonlinear regres-sion analysis was performed.
