MEDICAL For medical coverage, you have a choice of two options: • A Consumer-Directed Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (CDHP + HSA), or • A PPO plan. The Medical Plans offer you and your eligible dependents comprehensive coverage for preventive care services, doctor visits, urgent care and emergency services.
