Evaluation Guidelines - OECD
Evaluation Guidelines SECO/WE 1 Introduction The objectives of these Guidelines is to set the standards to be followed by SECO evaluations and to support staff from the Directorate of Economic Cooperation and Development (WE) in SECO to plan and undertake evaluations. These Guidelines are also a reference for consultants engaged in evaluating WE projects and programs. Unless specified otherwise, these Guidelines use the terminology of the OECD/DAC Glossary of Key Terms in Evaluation and Results Based Management These Guidelines are complementary to the Evaluation Policy of SECO/WE.
