Evaluation Guidelines SECO/WE 1 Introduction The objectives of these Guidelines is to set the standards to be followed by SECO evaluations and to support staff from the Directorate of Economic Cooperation and Development (WE) in SECO to plan and undertake evaluations. These Guidelines are also a reference for consultants engaged in evaluating WE projects and programs.
