About the Author Colin Thompson is a psychologist and counsellor in private practice in Melbourne, Australia. His practice is largely based around teaching people how to use Mindfulness to live fuller and healthier lives. He has practised Buddhist meditation for thirty years, currently in the Zen tradition.
