ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The portion of the fee for processing the fingerprint card or Live Scan process is subject to change without notice by the california Department of Justice. PLEASE NOTE: There are two (2) methods available for completing the fingerprint requirement: Method 1: Live Scan Appli cation Process OR Method 2: Fingerprint Card (Hard Card) Application Process The fees payable to the Board of Registered Nursing depend on which fingerprint process you select.
