Rule 26(a)(2)(A): All EXPERT witnesses must be disclosed to the opposing party. Rule 26(a)(2)(B) requires a written report, prepared and signed by the witness, if the witness is retained or specially employed to provide EXPERT testimony in the case.. The report must contain: (i) A complete statement of the EXPERT 's opinions and the basis and reasons for them;. (ii) The facts or data considered by the witness in forming the opinions;. (iii) The exhibits that will be used to summarize or support the opinions;. (iv) The EXPERT 's qualifications and a list of publications authored in the last ten years.
