Five Spiritual history tools (CSI-MEMO, FICA, HOPE, FAITH and SPIRIT) are presented as examples of this genre. In comparison, FACT is not a Spiritual history tool . Instead, FACT is a Spiritual assessment tool designed for chaplaincy use in an acute care setting.
