Factory Act, B.E. 2535 (1992) Translation
Factory Act, 2535 (1992). Translation BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ REX. Given on the 2nd day of April, 2535 ;. Being the 47th year of the Present Reign. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej has been graciously pleased to proclaim that: Whereas it is expedient to revise the law on Factory ;. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED BY THE KING, by and with the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly acting as the Parliament, as follows: Section 1. This Act shall be called the " Factory Act, 2535 (1992)". Section 2. This Act shall come into force as from the ninety days following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Section 3. The following Acts shall be repealed. (1) The Factory Act, 2512. (2) The Factory Act (No. 2), 2518. (3) The Factory Act (No. 3), 2522. Section 4. The Act shall not apply to the Government Factory run by the Government for the purpose of national security and safety provided that the engagement of such Factory business shall be guided by the criteria and procedures relating to the engagement of a Factory business under this Act.
