FedEx End User License Agreement To use the Application (as defined below), you must agree to abide by this Agreement . This Agreement gives each of us certain rights and responsibilities. You will be assuming full and sole responsibility for all use of the Application occurring under your Account Number and registration information ( , meter number(s), credentials, etc); you will be limiting your remedies.
