The handbook was revised to remove the enrollment requirement for all Medicaid Mental Health Targeted Case Management providers to have an active contract with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) district or regional office for the location in which the agency will provide services.
General information for providers regarding the Florida Medicaid Program, recipient eligibility, provider enrollment, fraud and abuse policy, and important resources are included in the Florida Medicaid Provider General Handbook.
