Version V ( ) FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS (CONTAMINANTS, TOXINS AND RESIDUES) REGULATIONS, 2011 CHAPTER 1 GENERAL : Short title and commencement- : These regulations may be called the Food SAFETY and STANDARDS (Contaminants, TOXINS and Residues) Regulations, 2011. : These regulations shall come into force on or after 5th August, 2011. : Definitions- : In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires: 1.
