These RULES and regulations are incorporated into and made a part of that certain lease/ rental agreementeffective[effective date of agreement, not date it was signed] between[name of landlord or landlords] and[name of TENANT or tenants] concerning the premisescommonly known and referred to as;[premises], and attached thereto as an addendum. The policies and RULES contained herein maybe modified, and new policies and RULES adopted by landlord, and shall become effective on thedate they bear, or thirty days after delivery of a copy of the amendment, or amended RULES , totenant, whichever is POLICY; guest remaining overnight on the premises more thanconsecutive days shallbe conclusively deemed an unapproved subtenant under the rental and shall maintain the unit rented to him clean and free ofaccumulations of garbage and rubbish at all and rubbish shall be disposed of in containers designated for thepurpose. Large boxes and containers shall be broken down so as not to consume toomuch space in the garbage hazardous substances may be disposed of in the garbage containers,but must be disposed of as required by applicable health and safety regulations IN PREMISES AND COMMON clothing, curtains or other items shall be hung from balconies or out items of furniture shall be placed in common areas except when actuallyin use, and in no event shall such items be placed in such a way that they block or in anyway impede passage of HO
