Free Pattern: Materials Required - New Conceptions
free Pattern: Baby Burping cloth Materials Required : Thread Main Fabric 21" x 10 Contrasting Fabric 21" x 10 *These Baby Burping Cloths can be serged or stitched and turned. 1. Cut out the pattern pieces and tape them together. The pattern sheets are the last pages of these instructions. 2. Cut one of the Main Fabric and one of the Contrasting Fabric. 3. For serging: Place the two pieces with wrong sides together. Serge all around the edges, over-lapping about 1 before cutting the threads. *Stitching and turning skip to 4. 4. For stitching and turning, place the two pieces with right sides together. Stitch all around using a 1/4" seam allowance, leaving an opening of about 3 in the center of one side. 5. Turn the Baby Burping cloth right-sides-out. Turn the edges of the opening to the inside. Close the opening using a blind stitch or by topstitching very close to the edges. Finish by topstitching 1/4" in from the edge all the way around.
