combustion properties are also assigned to fuels, in spite of the fact that these properties depend on the oxidiser (e.g. air, pure oxygen) and the actual process (e.g. the explosion limits depend on the boundary conditions for a given fuel/oxidiser pair). Fuel price, availability, risk, and so on, could also be considered
