Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
The FE exam is no longer of-fered on the TAMU-K campus. Instead, students make individu-al appointments to take their exam at an approved test center location. Testing centers are located in Corpus Christi, Harl-ingen, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston, as well as other sites around the state. Testing is now offered 8 months out of the year in the following windows: January-February; April-May; July-August; October-November. In Texas, examinees are al-lowed one attempt to take the FE exam per exam window, not to exceed three attempts in a 12 month period.
