G A C E T A O F I C I A L D E B O L I V I ALEY N 2104 LEY DE 21 DE JUNIO DE 2000 HUGO BANZER SUAREZPRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICAPor cuanto, el Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL,D E C R E T A :LEY MODIFICATORIA A LA LEY N 2027 DEL ESTATUTO DEL FUNCIONARIO PUBLICOARTICULO PRIMERO. Modif case los par grafos III y IV del Art culo 3 de la Ley 2027 de la siguiente manera:III. Las carreras administrativas en los Gobiernos Municipales, Universidades P blicas, Escalaf n Judicial del Poder Judicial, Carrera Fiscal del Ministerio P blico, Servicio Exterior y Escalaf n Diplom tico, Magisterio P blico, se regular n por su legislaci n especial aplicable en el marco establecido en el presente Servidores P blicos dependientes de las Fuerzas Armadas, Polic a Nacional, Servicio de Salud P blica y Seguridad Social, estar n solamente sujetos al Cap tulo III del T tulo II y al T tulo V del presente Estatuto.
