37 WELCOME TO THE Daisy FLOWER GARDENSAMPLESESSION 1 girl Scout PromiseWith the girls still in their Daisy Circle , explain that you are going to say the girl Scout Promise , which is shared by all girl Scouts. Explain that the Promise (which you have written on a whiteboard/chalkboard or large sheet of paper) is the way girl Scouts agree to act toward one another and other people. After you read the full Promise , read it again, line by line, and ask the girls to repeat each line after you:On my honor, I will try: To serve God and my country, To help people at all times, And to live by the girl Scout all four lines are said, ask the girls to say the whole Promise again, together with you. Explain to any first-year Daisies that they are starting to know an important part of girl Scouting on their very first day as girl Scout Daisies.
