RR SURVEY, A-204, TRACTS 5 AND 5D; J. DOSS SURVEY, A-441, TRACTS 3C, 4A1, 4A1A, 4B, 4B1, 4B2, 4C, 5, 6, 6A, 6A1, 6A2, 6B, 6B1, 6B1A, AND 6B2; AND J. HAVENS SURVEY, A-685, TRACTS 2A AND 3; AND Glade Parks ADDITION. BLOCK A, LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK B, LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK G, LOT 1, BLOCK H, LOT 1; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDNG A PENALTY FOR. VIOLATIONS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has conducted a public hearing on February 7, 2012, in conjunction with Zoning Case No. #12-01-PD, and has rendered a recommendation to the City Council with respect to the case; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing on February 14, 2012, considered the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and has determined that the proposed change is in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Euless.
