We gratefully acknowledge their willingness to share this protocol. I. CONTENT: A. INCLUSION CRITERIA 1. Adult 18 years and older. 2. Non-pregnant adult. 3. Diagnosis of DIABETES MELLITUS (DM), by American DIABETES Association (ADA) criteria: a.
