In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Rules, regulating the issue of passes and Privilege Ticket Orders to Railway servants, for travel by trains namely:- Pass Rules R. 1. Short Title, Commencement and Application: 1. These Rules may be called the Railway Servants (Pass) Rules, 1986. 2.
