Outline This Procedure is in accordance with the various provisions of the Electricity Regulatory Commission ( Grant of connectivity , Long-term and Medium-term intra-State Open Access and Related Matters) Regulations, 2010 & Electricity Regulatory Commission ( Grant of connectivity , Long-term and Medium-term intra-State Open Access and Related Matters) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2012 , here in after referred to as the Regulations.
