The 2008 Vessel General Permit (VGP) regulates discharges incidental to the normal operation of vessels operating as a means of transportation. Because EPA plans to reissue the VGP, the Agency continues to gather information on vessel wastewater sources while examining technologies that can be used to remove pollutants
